Celebrating Randy McCurry’s 30 Years Of Service
Congratulations to VP of Sales Randy McCurry, for an amazing 30 years of service at Concrete Supply Co.!
Randy was first introduced to our organization by his good friend and long-time CSC employee, Gary Stewart. Having previously worked in the building materials and construction industry, he made the decision to join Concrete Supply in September 1995 as an Account Manager for the Charlotte market. He was promoted to a Senior Sales position in 1998, having been the first ever employee to achieve such a promotion within a three-year time span. In 2000, he became the Charlotte Area Sales Manager, and within two years took on the roles of Corporate Commercial Sales Manager and Corporate Sales Director for all CSC regions. His leadership abilities and relationships with our sales teams and customers over the years, along with his commitment to grow and succeed, catapulted him into becoming VP of Sales in December of 2011. Randy has been instrumental in helping our company achieve our growth goals since joining the organization and has driven and led the development of our customer-centric approach to creating value for customers. Randy stated “While the company has grown substantially and there have been many advances in the industry, the most important element of our success continues to be our relationship with customers and employees.”
